Your access, usage and use of the CampingMart website confirms your acceptance and understanding of these Terms of Use and your commitment to abide by them.

Modification of the Conditions

From time to time, Camping Mart reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion and only Camping Mart has the right to do so. If we modify these Terms, we will post the new Terms on the Site and indicate the date of the most recent update. A change to the Terms is effective upon posting as revised, and by purchasing any products or services on the Site after posting, you agree to the new Terms.

You agree, during your visits to the website of CampingMart, to regularly consult these Terms of Use in order to inform you of their content. By continuing to use this website following a modification of the Terms of Use, you confirm your agreement to abide by the modified Terms of Use.

If you refuse to comply with these Terms of Use, we ask that you leave the website of CampingMart.

Jurisdiction

All access to and use of this website must comply with the laws and regulations of the province of Quebec as well as those in force in Canada and in your province of residence. You agree that any breach or breach of these terms and conditions of use shall result in your obligation to indemnify CampingMart for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including any business interruption, loss of profit, loss of data or program, including legal fees and all costs associated therewith, caused by or resulting from such breach or breach.

The parties agree that any dispute relating to these terms and conditions as well as any order placed on this website will be governed by the laws of Quebec and the parties agree to submit such dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec.

Order processing and shipping

An order confirmation email will be sent to you when you make a purchase. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped. CampingMart offers delivery in Canada only. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, addresses outside of Canada or to certain limited geographic areas within Canada.

Payment by credit card

Your credit card will be charged once the product or service you purchased ships. If you order multiple items at the same time, your credit card will be charged each time an item is shipped. Because shipping times vary by item, your credit card statement may show a separate charge for each item shipped. Before debiting your credit card, authorization must be obtained for the amount of your order. For items with longer lead times, new credit card authorization may need to be obtained and funds will continue to be set aside (by your bank) for the balance of your order, until CampingMart charges your card when the item is shipped. All credit cards must be valid and genuine, and you must be authorized to use them. If the debit is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice and without any liability or obligation to you. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers at any time.
 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Your orders are processed electronically. We cannot make changes to the shipping address once the order has been placed. Once the product is handed over to the delivery agent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with updated tracking information (if possible), including an estimated delivery date. Orders cannot be canceled or changed through the site if the goods have already been dispatched. Modifications, typos and errors

Subject to applicable law, we: (a) reserve the right to modify the products and services advertised or offered for sale on the site, the prices and specifications of such products and services and any promotional offers at any time and from time otherwise without giving notice or incurring any liability to anyone, including you; (b) cannot guarantee that the products and services advertised or offered for sale on the site will be available when ordered or thereafter; (c) we reserve the right to limit quantities sold or offered for sale; (d) do not warrant that the site or the materials appearing on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free; e) we reserve the right to cancel, terminate or not process any order (including an accepted order) if the price or any other material information on the site is incorrect; and f) we reserve the right to cancel an order if there are no longer sufficient stocks of an item to fulfill your order (or if an item is no longer available). If we do not process an order for one of these reasons, we will notify you that the order has been canceled and either we will not charge you the amount of the order or we will credit it to you, depending on the type of payment used. Some provinces or territories may not allow the exclusion or disclaimer of certain implied warranties, so some of the terms of this clause may not apply to you.

Your Information and Our Customer Privacy Statement

We rely on the information you give us to provide you with the products and services you order on the Site. You agree: (a) that all information you provide to us, including your name, address, shipping address, credit card number(s) and expiration date(s) will be current, accurate and complete; and b) to be solely responsible for any damages, costs, losses or claims that you, us or any other person may suffer or incur as a result of your failure to provide current, accurate and complete information. CampingMart may collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Customer Privacy Statement or as otherwise required or permitted by law.


Responsibility

CampingMart assumes no liability for any damage or injury, loss or claim, including any business interruption, loss of profit, loss of software, data or program, including legal fees and all costs associated therewith, and arising directly or indirectly from (a) access to or use of this website or the inability to access it (b) the purchase or use of goods or services offered by CampingMart. CampingMart cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any damage whatsoever caused to your computer, the data contained therein or its peripherals. CampingMart declines all such liability, including any liability relating to any delay or relating to any failure to transmit data.
