Order processing and shipping

An order confirmation email will be sent to you when you make a purchase. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped. offers delivery in Canada only. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, addresses outside of Canada or to certain limited geographic areas within Canada.

Treatment delays
Although the vast majority of orders are processed within 24 hours, it is possible that it can be processed between 1 and 3 business days.

Delivery delay
Your order will be delivered within2 to 10 business daysfollowing its treatment, according to the delivery address.

Shipping cost

The delivery is freealmost everywhere in Quebecwith any online order of $49 or more before taxes.
Delivery charges of$10 plus taxes are required if you do not reach the minimum purchase threshold to obtain free delivery. However, surcharges may apply for items with excessive volumetric weight.

For delivery outside of Quebec, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Online booking and in-store pickup

Step 1. Add the product to your shopping cart, then at the checkout stage, select Collect in the Delivery Method section.

2nd step. Select the desired branch in the Collection Centers section.

Step 3. We will contact you by email or phone as soon as your order is ready.

Step 4. When you arrive at the store, present a copy of your invoice to our parts clerk to pick up your order.
